The Philippine Consulate General in New York provides services and assistance to Filipino nationals residing in the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Passport Applications: 9:00am-5:00pm

• Last applicant must arrive before the 4:30 PM cut-off

Release of Passports - 6 weeks from date of application

• proceed to the Releasing section at the Basement

• Open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

• Personal Pick-up - present Reminder Slip and your current passport

• Pick-up by Representative - present Reminder Slip, current passport, Signed Letter of Authority and photo-ID of Representative


Legal Services: 
 Documents may be processed by mail or in person 
 • Documents submitted between 9 AM & 12 Noon - ready for release from 4 PM to 5pm on the same day 
 • Documents submitted between 12 Noon & 5 PM - ready for release from 4 PM to 5pm on the following business day 
 NOTE: : Walk-in applicants have the option to submit self-addressed envelopes (with pre-paid postage) to receive finished documents by mail 

Dual Citizenship: 
 Pre-Processing by Mail 
 • highly encouraged to ensure that all documents are correct and in order 
 Walk-in / Pre-processed applicants may avail of the single session offered daily 
 • Documents submitted between 9 AM and 2 PM; Oath-taking at 3:30 PM 

Visa applications: 
 • Received between 9 AM & 12 PM will be ready for release from 4 PM to 5pm on the same day* 
 • Received between 1 PM & 4 PM will be ready for release from 4 PM until 5 PM of the following business day* 
 * For most Temporary Visitor's Visa applications. Some applications may require clearance and can only be released at a much later date.

ePassports Ready for release ON SCHEDULE
Release of ePassports are now up to date - please refer to the Passport Application Enrolment Certificate or
Pick-Up Slip for the date of release of your ePassport

Please claim your ePassport from 9AM – 12 noon or from 1PM – 5PM, Mondays to Fridays, except on Philippine and US holidays.

Present the Passport Application Enrolment Certificate and your old passport when picking-up your new ePassport
