The Consulate General operates from Monday to Friday starting at 9:00 am and ending at 5:00 pm. The Consular Section (passport, legal) is open to the public from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The Visa Section serves the public from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm only. The Consulate is closed on Saturdays and Sundays including U.S. and Philippine holidays. Please call the Consulate beforehand during extreme weather conditions or emergencies.
